1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the Shopify Product Scraper Chrome extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Shopify Product Scraper is a Chrome browser extension that scrapes the publicly available product catalog from any Shopify-powered storefront and exports the data to Shopify-import-ready CSV. Features include but are not limited to:

  • Automatic Shopify storefront detection
  • Bulk product extraction including variants, images, prices, SKUs, and options
  • Filtering by collection
  • Insights dashboard (price distribution, top product types, recent additions)
  • One-click CSV export matching the official Shopify product import schema

3. Service Tiers

The Service is offered in two tiers:

  • Free Tier: Unlimited scraping and preview, full Insights dashboard, multi-language UI, and CSV export of up to 50 products per export.
  • Pro Tier: Unlimited CSV export, all future Pro features, and priority support — available through Monthly ($19.99/month), Annual ($199/year), or Lifetime ($109 one-time) plans.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Comply with the Terms of Service of any Shopify storefront whose public catalog you scrape
  • Not use the Service to infringe intellectual property, brand, or copyright of any storefront
  • Not attempt to circumvent free-tier limits or technical restrictions
  • Understand that scraping should respect each storefront's reasonable use expectations
  • Accept full responsibility for the use you make of any data exported through the Service

5. Data Usage and Privacy

The Service fetches publicly available product data from the standard Shopify storefront endpoints (e.g. /products.json, /collections.json) of the active browser tab. All scraping runs locally inside your browser. We do not:

  • Require, request, or store any login credentials for Shopify storefronts
  • Access any storefront admin panel, order data, or customer data
  • Collect your browsing history, the URLs you visit, or the contents of any web page beyond the public product JSON
  • Collect personal information beyond what is necessary for Pro subscription management (email and Pro access token)
  • Share your data with third parties, except for Stripe (payment processing) and Cloudflare (hosting)

6. Premium Subscription and Payments

Premium subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate payment information
  • Authorize recurring charges for monthly or annual plans until cancelled
  • The pricing terms displayed at the time of purchase

Premium access tokens are for personal use only and may not be shared or transferred to other users.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all premium plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 14 days of purchase, contact us at support@aikc.net for a full refund.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time. For monthly and annual subscriptions:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You retain premium access until the end of your paid period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time

Lifetime subscriptions do not require cancellation and provide perpetual access.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
  • Compatibility with future versions of Chrome or any Shopify storefront
  • That a particular Shopify storefront will continue to expose the public endpoints used by the Service
  • Any specific outcome or result from the data you export

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data, business, or business interruption
  • Actions taken by any Shopify storefront based on your use of the Service
  • Any commercial outcome resulting from data exported using the Service

11. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
  • Update these Terms of Service with reasonable notice
  • Change pricing for new subscriptions

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Abuse of the Service or other users
  • Any other reason at our sole discretion
